Pleasant, well located hotel to airp

Very competently packaged hotel using its proximity to KLIA as a selling point. However, it also needs to deliver on its 4 star rating and this it does very well.
All facilities worked faultlessly in the room and it was a quiet room too, given it was so near to the airport. Did not hear a single plane land or take off. The wake up call was effective as I received 2 of them, one from a real person and the other from the automated system!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure to use the free buggy shuttle between the hotel and KLIA, if not its a fair hike..not good if dragging a heavy suitcase!

good choice if stop over in kl for a day
connected to kl international airport (not the lcc terminal), nice enough room, great pool for kids, good breakfast buffet.

we flied air asia through kl to rangoon, stop-over was only one morning, so we decided to book a hotel room at pan pacific, which was supposed to be connected to the international airport. but we didn't realize that air asia uses the low cost carrier terminal (lcct), which was not connected to the whatever terminal pan pacific was next to. so it turned out to be a big hassel to figure out how to get to the hotel, literally no help at all from anyone anywhere. we were disappointed to find that the hotel didn't make any effort at all trying to explain this at the hotel counter right outside the terminal exit. a simple signage will do the trick when there is no staff at the counter!
but we liked the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool.

Great hotel but the staff service is poor. Too slow to check-in and too slow to check-out too. Have four counters but only 1 working and long queue, takes forever!
Luxury looking lobby, hall and room. Clean and family friendly.

love this hotel - great service and very convenient hotelas it is right next to the airport - you just walk accros the airbridge located at level 2 in the airport
just a little dated but the service is great
will stay here again - i have now stayed 5 times and never had a bad stay

terrible club service, one of the worst

My parents, myself and my two children stayed. The supposedly free shuttle service return from the airport to hotel is for limited times. they tried to then charge 120myr each way.cheaper to get a MPV taxi.club room service was absolutely shocking, rude arrogant and unfriendly. The front desk staff were at least average, we have been travelling for 4 weeks and to KL on 3 occassion.

Only during breakfast we enjoyed a good service of the hotel staff
Travel tip:
suitable for transit passengers only for overnight stay, not for tourists. City of Kuala Lumpur is far away, approx. 80km.
Taxi is expensive, but fast train(every half an hour) and bus service also available.
