The hotel was stunning and the rooms were large. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food let the hotel down. We had the buffet our first night and the selection was poor, and the quality even worse.
We ahd room service the following morning which looked fit for a king, yet again, the quality of the food was not good.

At the airport, got onto the buggy which delivers you to the hotel, good start!
Friendly staff.
Good gym, sauna, jacuzzi and good swimming pool.
I'd go back to this hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To get to central Kuala Lumpar you can take the express train which is 70 ringgits per person, if there are 4 of you take a taxi instead.

nice and very available staff. Got upgraded to a suite as we arrived. There were works in the room next to us but didn't affect the stay. Noisy at night like washing machines which wasn't related to the room works. found out our window could be opened from the outside "balcony" connecting to other room and couldn't be locked. We have been told the lounge food was superior to the buffet as it was made on order. We saw the buffet and it was the same and more expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure you land to the correct terminal as we had been told this hotel was 100 metre walk from the entrance of terminal but we arrived from a different terminal 20 minutes drive from it.

Location is great and pick up service good. Quick check in and check out.

Express check out lane would be handy or "drop box" for keys if no other room charges apply.
Will definitely stay again.

Great for that stop over to move on to other destinations "fresh" in the morning.
Easy to find with terrific pick up and drop off service.

check-in was quick and the staff very friendly and efficient.
rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfortable. airco wasn't delivering the low temperature i like but for most people it would be sufficiently cool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Walking distance from the terminal to the hotel is quite long but there is an electric cart shuttle available.

Arrived very late. Front office staff very helpful and attended to our luggage straight awy.
They escorted us to the Club Floor where again we were welcomed with a genuine warm smile.
The staff there immediately attended to us and within 5 minutes we were in our room.
Wonderful getting such lovely attention after a long flight.
The room was big with a beautiful view . Bathroom had all the amenities one can expect from a 5 star hotel.
The housekeeping staff were very efficient.
My swim in the morning was fantastic. The pool is quite big and located in a lush garden. Wonderful.
Did not feel like checking out the next morning.
Check out again went smoothly.
Highly recommend this hotel

Great choice for the early flights

We booked this hotel since its aprox 70 min drive from bukit bintang and we had an early flight the next morning. the rooms are great very clean and spacious. comfortable bed great customer service and facilities to use onsite. the pool was closed apparently for service, the spa and jacuzzi was also closed for maintenance reguardless the night was great, beautiful resturant in lobby
