Very handy hotel, close to airport.
Check in staff extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast,fantastic pool

Arrived very late. Front office staff very helpful and attended to our luggage straight awy.
They escorted us to the Club Floor where again we were welcomed with a genuine warm smile.
The staff there immediately attended to us and within 5 minutes we were in our room.
Wonderful getting such lovely attention after a long flight.
The room was big with a beautiful view . Bathroom had all the amenities one can expect from a 5 star hotel.
The housekeeping staff were very efficient.
My swim in the morning was fantastic. The pool is quite big and located in a lush garden. Wonderful.
Did not feel like checking out the next morning.
Check out again went smoothly.

Great choice for the early flights

We booked this hotel since its aprox 70 min drive from bukit bintang and we had an early flight the next morning. the rooms are great very clean and spacious. comfortable bed great customer service and facilities to use onsite. the pool was closed apparently for service, the spa and jacuzzi was also closed for maintenance reguardless the night was great, beautiful resturant in lobby

Great location with big rooms

pan pacific hotel located at airport , is very convenience for the traveller who wait for the transit to other destination. this hotel the rooms is very big , one room can add two extra bed, is very comfort to stay in this hotel. the enviroment of this hotel is very good.

This is much more than an airport hotel!
The entertainment in the main bar, dinner buffet and location.

This hotel is terrific. The rooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need. The hotel really accommodates for all types of travellers. The pool area, beside the major rd, is nice and the staff here are very friendly. The dinner buffet is definitely worth the $28 AUS we spent. The hotel provides entertainment in the bar at night which was fantastic. The only downside to our experience was the lack of room servie. We had to wait over an hour before reminding the front desk again about our air conditioning that did not work - it was extremely disappointing.
Restaurant Tip:
The buffet dinner that is on offer at the restaurant in the front of the hotel is excellent and caters for many different flavours.

An oasis stopover
for airline travellers its quickly reached from/to klia or lcct.spacious rooms,comfy bed,nice ensuite,pool,food at hand.what more does the weary traveller need?

all we wanted was a cool,clean and comfy hotel for an air line stopover.its on the door step for klia and is a short shuttle,bus or taxi ride from lcct.
the pan pacific provided that and more.
in room facilities were good,smoke free,it was quiet and climate controlled.
the pool helped to ease the travellers aches and pains.
to eat there's hotel room service and restaurants,or,its only the short walk,or golf buggy ride to klia for personal choices.
book early for a good value stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hotel runs an lcct shuttle service at set times for a set price-request info at booking.around 10 ringgit.
there is an independent klia-lcct service by coach but you need to lug your luggage up into the coach,and out again,which may not suit everybody.about 2.50 ringgit.
from klia there are signs to a first level golf buggy ride into the hotel-free.

The best hotel I have stayed at
Beautiful room; great friendly helpful staff; never heard a plane land or take off despite being next to the KLIA; relaxing outdoor pool.

Wonderful place to stay while waiting to catch a plane to somewhere else or to recuperate from a long flight from Europe. Huge elegant rooms.
Hotel Feature Tip:
catch the hotel's golf buggy to the klia terminal to save your legs (or vice versa). easy to spot.

Although a brief stay between flights, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Hotel. The staff were very frindly, polite and efficient.

The food and service in the bar/restaurant was first class and not overpriced

very comfortable rooms. good choice of restaurants and food, good facilities. convenient for klcc.
only issue was intermittent poor reception on the tv, made watching the grand prix a nightmare.
