LOvely and Luxurious Hotel

My first stay at Pan Pacific Aiport. I was happy with the hotel not only that it is convenient to the airport but also very classy hotel. I feel very comfortable in my short hours of stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pan Pacific Hotel is so handy to KL Airport when you have limited time to catch a flight the next morning. No rush! Just take the Golf Buggy and KL Airport is just around the bend.

Great location, enormous bedroom!

We checked in at midday having just got off a 14 hour flight. The hotel bedroom was really quiet and we slept really well. Although being at KLIA it could have been noisy, it wasn't at all. We had room service for our evening meal which was delivered promptly and efficiently. However, the meals we were served were really awful! We ordered fish & chips and beef burger & chips. We should have made the effort to go into the airport and eaten there! the fish was tough and old. Chips were overcooked and oily. Beef burger was bland and tasteless. Very disappointing. Room service did call us to check on our meal and referred it to a manager when we mentioned our disappointment. The manager offered complimentary drinks which we didn't feel was an adequate compensation. Considering this is a 5 star hotel, it was very, very poor that a decent meal could not be produced. We would definitely stay in the hotel again, but would eat elsewhere.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can get a golf cart buggy straight into the KLIA airport from the hotel so it is very, very easy to access the hotel from the airport or vica versa.

quick to get to from arrival hall, they have own golf cart type shuttles from terminal to hotel, takes about 5-10 mins, all undercover. friendly helpful staff. clean spacious room and bathroom. cheap shuttle from hotel to lcc terminal for air asia flights etc starting 05.00 every hour.

Great Room with excellent Service
Great Position for stopover and great facilities

Flying home from Europe to Sydney we decided to have a stopover on the way home and a friend suggested the Pan Pacific
in Kuala Lumpar and we could not have been happier being so close to the airport which meant the next morning we did not have to worry about getting to the airport on time.
The staff where very helpful and the restaurants and coffee shop was also very enjoyable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We had the day in Kuala Lumpar and the staff suggested a city tour which we did and most enjoyable. We had a guide all to ourselves and he was very helpful

Good access with Pan Pacific help desk at the airport. The buggy was not too hard to find. Love how it is situated right at the airport. The buggy's driver was very friendly. Reception desk greeted with a smile and helpful withh all questions asked. Food not as expected. Some improvements on the food could be made for room service as well as for breakfast.

Good hotel if you don't want to sleep

Very pleased with the facilities and services at hotel and the room was very good and quiet, but the bed was so uncomfortable as it was high and low from past body impressions.
The bed had huge dips on both sides and was high in the middle so we kept rolling to the dips all night. Only managed about two hours sleep, so left the hotel feeling exhausted.
