the location of the hotel is perfect, just right next to klia. the lobby is grand, and check-in was great. room service was also quick. the bed was very comfortable and the room was of a good size with a nice bathroom. food was also good. no complaints at all.

The hotel was very close to the airport. It's was very convenience for taken the early morning flight. If the hotel room window can open for fresh air it will be better.

did not get any help carrying my bag from the taxi to the front desk did not get afriendly welcome from the reservation desk was refused the late check out i had requested but was told i could buy a late check out the had to carry my own bag up to my room.when i wanted to find out about transport to the airport it took a long time to find out there was a shutle and i did not have to take the over priced limo

Lovely international hotel close to the airport

We stayed at the Pac Pacific International for one night as a stopover before our return flight to Australia.
The hotel is only 20 minutes from the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (AirAsia's terminal) by car and was fantastic value for money. The food in the sports bar was excellent and we took advantage of the hotel's proximity to KK International Airport and the fast train to the city (28 minutes).
Staff were friendly and very quick to resolve any problems (our room smelt like smoke upon arrival despite being a smoke-free hotel on the room floors).
Hotel Duty Manager was fantastic and only charged us for 3 hours for our late checkout (50 MYR) despite being quoted much more when we originally first requested it.
Fantastic service and were very happy with our stay at the Pan Pacific!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Jump on the fast train at KLIA to KL Sentral (it only takes 28 minutes and costs 70 MYR per person return - approximately $23 AUD).

There is a 24 hours buggy service to/from airport and hotel. Very convenient. When I checked in in the midnight, there was not many clients but still took me about 15 minutes waiting.
Anyway I will stay ther again due to the convenient location.

A great "in-transit" hotel!
Staff very accomodating and professional. Good range of services: spa, resteraunts, gym, fast wifi- everything provided for relaxation but also keeping up with family and business.

we stayed here for one night on our route home from london. alas! we wish we could have stayed longer. being next to the international airport in kuala lumpur was very convenient. we were flying out of the 2nd airport: lcct which is approx 20 mins away, however transport was easy and quick from this hotel. a plus was i could walk across to the international terminal for a greater range of duty free shopping before heading to lcct

I was upgraded to club floor but the ground counter staff did not tell me, until I was asked by the club floor staff. The service in club floor is lovely. Will stay again and book at club floor next time.
