i was surprised and somewhat insulted when i was asked to pay the deposit money of 100rm if i want to use a mini bar in my room ! hotel staff are all right but slow in action and thought compared with the japanese standards.

Enjoyed brief one day/one night stay. Mix up regarding hotels; Air Asia terminal not the international KL terminal - caution to travellers. Very nice room, amenities, staff and menu.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As above - make sure you know this hotel is located at international terminal, not the terminal that all Air Asia and other low cost airlines fly out off.

Nice hotel close to airport

The hotel is a short walk from the airport. Room was comfortable. Free and slow Internet in room. Comfortable queen size bed in room and furniture starting to show its age e.g. old teak chipped veneer furniture. Expensive to eat or drink in the hotel. Cheaper to walk back to airport for a drink or two. Had a great breakfast at the hotel. I found this hotel more expensive than the Intercontinental in Kuala Lumpur. Overall expensive but great location.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't eat or drink in the hotel just walk to the airport and grab something to eat and drink their.

Made bookings as per company travel desk, but I was not allowed into the Country malaysia. The immgriation allowed mme to use there phone to call the Hotel that I will not be able to make it. I spoke to a gentleman and he said it was OK to cancel and I will not be charge. But they turned around and asked me for the name of the person I spoke to. My Money was not refunded and surely if Hotels's cannot be honest. I wonder what will happen if you really use the place. I have passed accross to my Company travel desk. So for future travel or transit stay. it better to use the hotel inside the airport.
Travel tip:
Please I wil advise that you use the hotel inside the airport. They have 80 rooms and always there are rooms available.

This is an award winning hotel worthy of an capital city.It has all the features you need with some flexibility for early breakfast.Look for the i pad menu.Just a golf buggy ride from the terminal or a 15 minute cab ride from the low cost terminal.Spacious with a pleasant green view.

We were transiting through KL via the LCCT and needed a Hotel close by. The Pan Pac was a fantastic choice and didn't feel like an "Airport" Hotel at all. They provided a pick up and drop off to and from the LCCT at a very reasonable price and the service was very relaxing, not at all typical for airport transfers. The room was great and service exceptional. I would use them again.

we went to both the degrees restaurant breakfast and dinner buffet, and the bar and grill restaurant located at this hotel. the buffets were absolutely impressive! so much great food--well worth the price. the hotel was a bit disappointing though. the lobby was beautiful. the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast and dinner buffet at Degrees Restaurant is fabulous!
