Overall the hotel was very good. The rate was affordable as well. A 24 hour mamak joint is just next door to grab a quick meal. Sogo is just 5 mins away. The only thing that I want to complain it the bathroom. Ours was a bit rundown, with the taps not working properly anymore and water for the sink tap low in pressure. There was only one light source so the bathroom was a bit gloomy. But overall, I would return for another stay.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby Sogo has cheap sales all year round.

The frontiers' staffs are not friendly. Communication is a bit rude. Breakfast menu is limited but very tasty. I love 'Nasi goreng'.
Shopping Tip:
Complexs Pertama, SOGO and Masjid Jamek are the nearest shopping centre.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

We are quite pleasant with our trip to Kuala Lumpur as we enjoyed staying at the hotel. The interior is nice and the housekeeping service is always there for you. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay if you plan to shop till you drop at Sogo,Jalan TAR and etc. Besides, it is also located opposite the Maju Junction Mall. The only problem for us is, lack of parking lots for the customers. You have to pay to park your car in a nearby secured parking lots. Overall, we are really satisfied and will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Affordable and nice place to stay

The hotel is good and clean but the room abit smelly.Good place to stay for those who shop for scarf etc. The area around is not crowded and it just on the side of jln Tungku Abdul Rahman and the monorail station is just few minute walk behind the hotel.It infront of shopping complexs like maju junction, sogo,pertama complex not gar away from famous India street.My family enjoy their 2 days stay at the hotel althougth the room is a bit small.Thanks to Agoda.
Travel tip:
Good place to shop scarf and shopping when there is abig sales season for branded thing from Sogo shopping Complex

water was not hot enough, breakfast menu has to be changed. parking lot hard to find, if selesa inn could find alternative parking space maybe with the nearby parking operators to let selesa inn guest to park with discounted rate or maybe for free would be an added advantage and selling point. thank you

there are alot of shopping centre near selesa inn like maju mall, sogo and many more at jalan masjid india its just a few blocks away.

Tired hotel with disgusting service

rooms are tired and well used. we stayed there one night and thought it was ok (just!) so we were returning to k/l for two more nights so rebooked there so save finding somewhere else. the first time we left early i.e. before breakfast so on the next visit we tried to get a breakfast well before 'closing' time. well.... the choice was non-existant as all food was 'gone' and just some toast available which was fine. however, we asked for some milk to have with our coffee / tea (2 persons) and was told that they do not provide milk but we could buy it if we wanted it. the manger was sitting at a table doing business and confirmed that that was the policy and was not interested in discussing it further. we have just spent two years living in cambodia and travelled through s.e. asia frequently staying in budget accommodation and this was by far the worst service and attitude we have encounted!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't expect much for breakfast!
