i love the room. the bed is very comfortable, the toilet is clean and very modern design, everything is good. but it is just a turnoff to have extremely poor staffs.
i am a business traveller and i visit kl very often. but i can proudly say that i aint returning to this hotel. it is because of the staffs. it took me 15 mins to to be served at the reception. and the receptionist told me i need to have a hard copy of the voucher, but it is stated that i can just present my paperless voucher. then she said i need have a printed version. i asked her , is it possible for me to just send it by email to the hotel, n she can print it for me. she said no, i need to go to the business centre. i have to climb the stairs, and proceed to the business centre. i found out that the business centre was closed.i asked one of the staff, he said that i can ask the receptionist to print it for me. no problem. i am pissed. then i went to the receptionist, n tell her that the business ctr was close. wat other alternative do i have? " it make my temperature even higher. wat she did, she printed it for me!!see, at first place, she can just make everyone's life easier by helping the customers. doesnt mean u are working at a 5 star hotel, you are a 5 star hotel staff and it can give u the ability to give 1 star treatment to hotel visitor!

The room I had was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The shower was particularly good. I would recommend Seri Pacific Hotel.
