It's my fourth time staying in the hotel. I go back because I know the hotel managed to keep the great service consistency very well. Check in was less than a minute! Fastest I have ever experienced. Kudos to the team!

Satisfying. Club Lounge is good!
Swimming Pool Temperature is perfect, not too cold.. Club Lounge in overall.. Room Service Food is good.

It was a good weekend away. My hubs and I take weekends away in hotels all over KL all the time .. and this was pretty satisfying.. stayed at the club room.. it was nicely furnished, though I did thought it was going to be bigger.. but it was fine.. bed was comfy, good pillows, nice shower and tub.. nice big window.. the club lounge was nice.. we did some work there.. it was comfortable, staff were attentive and even the evening snacks there were pretty good.. I loved the temperature of the pool.. hate it when pools are too cold, this was just nice.. swam a lot! Spa was not bad.. massage was very good.. gym was fine.. room service was quick and food was good! =)
