one of the best hotels ever. rooms are super with excellent service. excellent view. railway station very closer to hotel makes your travel very very easy. there is a decent mall right opposite hotel with mc donald's, pizza hut and few others shopping shops. make our honeymoon awasome!

as it was fully packed, on our arrival we were upgraded to a nice room for free. The Christmas decorations were fabulous and we even had a plate of Christmas treats on Christmas Day.A pleasant hotel with great service with a smile.
Cons - far from eating places although Sunway putra mall is just opposite the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Petronas twin towers was a nice place to visit (cutting thru' Pavilion shopping area).

Nice but Old Five-Star Hotel
Very near to LRT station, nice swimming pool in the 4th floor and good view to Petronas towers.

We arrived early before check-in time but we were given a room immediately with a nice view of the Petronas Towers. The reception staff was very accommodating and provided us the necessary information we inquired. LRT station is just a 3 to 5 min walk across the foot bridge and from there you could link to the monorail if you want to go to Sungie Wang for shopping. Breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of choices. Just like check-in, our check out was very fast with a taxi ready for us to the airport.

I had a great time staying at the Seri. I stayed there for 8 days but on and off and the staff was great about keeping my luggage and always welcoming me back. The buffet was fantastic as well as their Christmas Eve buffet. They had a lot of personal touches for the holidays, which was really nice. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The only downfall was the internet connection is not great on the Ipad and you could only access it in the lobby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't recommend the tour agency the hotel uses. Most of the tours sounded better then they were.

If I go back visiting KL, I would choose this hotel again. I got a very good promo deal for one night stay, the room and the bath is very nice. We had a view of Petronas Twin Towers and the hotel itself has an elegant feel. Check-in and Check-out was quick, no fuss. And it's easy to go around since the hotel is near both to an LRT and railroad station.

The location is quite good, although it's not locate in the heart of the city, it's very near to the LTR. The service is quite good. The infrastructure in the room is a little bit old. The overall condition is good.
