Great hotel and great room
Large room and good location

Stayed here for three nights and very much satisfied with the hotels services. Located just in front of Sunway Putra Mall and PWTC LRT station. The superior room was large and spacious enough for our daughter to play with her toys. The glass window-wall for sure was giving a good city view.

Very great service and such a nice room to stay. Also a great location. Not far from the city and opposite to a shopping mall where we can shopping just 5 min walking from the hotel.

This hotel is more than 25 years old. Although well maintained but I think now its time for a complete renovation. Breakfast is over rated.
Senior manager is super ill mannered, sick and racist woman. I have left a complaint letter in a sealed envelope addressed to their General Manager. But I think he will never receive it. Nobody has contacted me yet.
Nightlife Tip:
If you want to walk outside then please don't take any valuables with you. Better leave everything in the hotel room. This area is famous for snatching and dangerous specially during walking. Just keep small amount of cash with you.

Convenient as it is just besides the train LRT station, and next to a shopping mall. Not crowded and full of facilities, worth to spend a day or two for leisure. FOr business travelers, it is an ideal hotel as it is in the city centre. However the service of front desk is poor, need to be more well trained on hospitality services.
