rather old bulding with various facelifts
room was ceherfully coloured, but extremelyy basic.. not even a fridge!!
for the price, this was maybe to be expected but smacks of severe and perhasp false economy on part of hotel/
serivce is fair to forgettable

Nice hotel but lousy internet facilities

I really like their fair price with such a facilities but I just hate their internet which keep disconnecting. I have been calling the operator for 5 times in 2 hours to sort out this issue. In the end I gave up.

Stay was comfortable. Thanks to Agoda, I was upgraded to a club room at 28th floor, which offered an excellent view of KLCC and the city side.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a club at 30th floor which offers a panoramic view of KL.

great location but small rooms

nice play to stay. near shopping mall and easy to travel cause near to komuter station and bus station. beside the putra world trade centre thus for any event at pwtc, seri pacific is the nearest place we can stay. hotel is clean even at the one of busy place in kuala lumpur. the deco in the hotel rooms are moden and beautiful even the room is a bit small. the bathroom is very nice. the cafe is nice, only foods for breadfast not so much choices
