the room was so clean, cosy n tidy. breakfast also good and pleasant staff as well. affordable and located in front of shopping mall. but i need to walk to find grocery store at night,most likely about 200mtrs from the hotel. Everything is well, will be there again next time

I was given an upgrade room with good feature. Everything was in my satisfaction except the water take some time to heat up early morning. The Japanese restaurant offer good food and staff with good smiles. I would recommend this to my friends.

A beautiful and clean hotel. Great views of the city from my room. Walking distance to shops and train/commuter stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No need to hire a car or taxis as the public transport is terrific and walking distance to hotel

The room was spacious with 2 seperate shower and bathtub which is so convenience for both of us to use it at the same time. Full facilities in the room. Nice for a couple or bussiness people who love privacy because the location is very strategic (near shopping malls).

Spent most of my time in the hotel bar, they provide live music. Monday to Saturday which is enjoyable. service in the bar is friendly and drink are priced accordingly. including the normal 10% service charge on every bill. whether you are just needed a pot of green tea or coffee, or a full on drinking session. I would recommend spending at least one evening in the bar.

I stayed in a double deluxe room and the room was cozy, comfortable enough for my baby and full of amenities. Location is very convenient for travelers who wanted to move around as there is a LRT station within a walking distance and a shopping mall right in front of the hotel.
