Dissapointed breakfast

We were so disappointed with he breakfast buffet. We were told that there were not enough seats in the restaurant and were told to go upstairs to a Japanese restaurant instead to have our breakfast. The food selection was so limited and the food quality also not nice. We couldn't even find sausages and baked beans... disappointing..

We are always excited about the breakfast buffet whenever we stay at a hotel. This is a so-called 5-sar hotel. However, there were limited seats in the restaurant that served breakfast. So we were told to go upstairs to a Japanese restaurant instead to have our breakfast. The food quality is bad and we couldn't even find sausages or baked bean on the bench. This is rather disappointing.

As we were attending a seminar at PWTC which is adjacent to the hotel it makes our trip simple and comfortable. Except for the fact that the shopping center across the road is current closed for refurbishment, otherwise, it would be a much enjoyable stay with shopping across the road.

An old 5 star hotel. A bit tired and not central, however offers very good value. So, if this is your budget and you want a reliable business hotel which still has a quality feel although a little dated, then this is a good choice amongst the many in KL that I have sampled

A fruitful stay in a conveniently situated hotel

We conducted our business well thanks to the excellent hotel staff, could reach our targets because of the effective way they performed. Access to the LRT system of transport facilitates travelling in such a crowded city like KL. We could reach KLCC in a matter of minutes while travelling in a taxi or hired care would involve more than 1 hour during peak traffic.
We enjoyed the fast room service and if the menu could be improved, we would have used it more often. Menu is a short-coming of this hotel. Cooking could be improved.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seri Pacific Hotel and will certainly used again in the future.

Poor service. Avoid if possible

Nightmare starts from checking in. It took almost 3 hours to get our rooms ready. While waiting, we went to the hotel restaurants and also have to wait to be served. We prefer to order ala cart but the waiter insist us to go for the buffet option. They mentioned that for ala cart we have to wait for almost 1 hour for our meal to be ready. We looked at the buffet option and it was horrible. They are purposely pushing for customers to but their awful buffet by threatening us for late service. HOW CAN THE HOTEL DO THIS? WE WAITIED FOR ALMOST 3 HOURS TO GET OUR ROOM READY!
Plus we need to haul our baggage ourselves as there is no bellboy or staff to attend to our arrival.
Room is standard, nothing fancy.
