The room was large but the amenities need a lot of improvement. The cutlery was non=existent. The only cutlery was a fork. there was no teaspoon to stir your coffee which was a mild Nescafe 3 in 1 which was not replenish at service of suite. No bottles of water was as I was told later that they had run out. How could a hotel of such name run out of bottled water. The queen size bed was on floor level which made getting in and out of bed a difficult process. There was a microwave but no For a premier suite I rate it lower than a deluxe hotel room. The TV had only 12 channels of which 3 was out of focus. I would have checked out if I had not prepaid for the room.

We stayed in the Premier Suite which was really huge! The room had great view of KL city and friendly staffs. The best thing about this hotel is that its got a perfect location! Location is within a huge shopping mall too as well as it is located near the monorail station named Imbi. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have a good comfortable nights sleep and time saver throughout your stay in KL.

The staff was excellent. There is no one at reception as such but they give you a 24-h number to call and they do answer rght away. We had to call maintenance for a problem in the room and they came right away, found the problem and solved it.
The kitchenette is a bit of an over statement and you will not cook anything in there (mini fride and a microwave, that's it). Internet speed was excellent.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of shopping around, whether exclusive (Times Square, Pavillion), local (BB Plaza, Sungei Wang) or elecronics (Low Yat) and many others. All within short walk.

We booked a unit of apartment for 7 persons,but they just gave us 2 rooms,after clarify with the hotel voucher again,they changed to apartment unit for us,service is ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Quite near to the famous night market PETALING STREET by walking,take around 15-20 mins.

1. If only early check-in allowed easily than a 2pm check in.
2. The Television needs to be replaced to the new type that can be easily turned when in bed as the position is not friendly.
3. Better shower foam and shampoo needed.
4. The floor always get wet. Something needs to be done about it.
Other than that, friendly always smiling management staff. Helpful.
Will come back again.
