Our room was at 2nd floor, unfortunately this hotel doesn't have elevator And the stairs was very steeep for my 2 children. A disco was beside the hotel but luckily the sound was tolerable and my baby can sleep well that night.

During Checking in we were informed that all rooms and floors are smoking
allowed which was not stated on the Agoda website. We submitted an online special request for non smoking room and non smoking floor. Horrible as there was a dead cockroach on the floor for 2 days at the same spot while the room has been cleaned once. on the 3rd day I personally instructed the cleaner to pick it up, but found later the remnant was still there. after the cleaning on the 2nd day stay we found that the a used glass was clearly not washed or replaced. There was no default adapter for TV electricity plug, we borrowed from de front desk but TV switches off and on by itself from time to time. Room was most of the time dusty which caused us sneezing frequently.
