Our room was at 2nd floor, unfortunately this hotel doesn't have elevator And the stairs was very steeep for my 2 children. A disco was beside the hotel but luckily the sound was tolerable and my baby can sleep well that night.

It's near by LRT station, you can walk to the station in 5minutes.

Staffs're friendly. Simply and delicious breakfast. It's quite comfortable but no lifts and wifi.

Relaxed stay, value for money
+/- 5minute walk from Taman Jaya LRT station: KL Sentral +/-15 mins and KLCC in +/- 30 mins. Amcorp Mall -10-minute walk. Holiday feel.

Overall it's very good value for money. Stayed here for a family wedding and the kids enjoyed the stay.
The breakfast spread is nice but the wi-fi in room has to be paid and it's quite pricey.
The swimming pool is quite large and very nicely laid out.
The only grouch I had was the internal phone is an old unit and can't be used at all. Please change this soon!

The stay the previous week was disappointing but this ground floor room was very comfortable and the shower area was clean. Staff were a bit friendlier and very helpful with luggage storage.

This was the first of three bookings. This room was dirty and the shower area horrible. The hotel has seen better days. The porter didn't like carrying bags and complained. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful enough, although needed reminders. They were very helpful with storage and restaurant staff were helpful. Pool and gardens were lovely and the neighbourhood quiet. Great public transport into KL in 10 minutes from the end of the street.
