Real 5-star hotel
location, buffet breakfast, room condition
I booked the Horizon Club room but not aware it doesn't have smoking double bed room. I need to pay extra money to upgrade to Suite room. Room condition is excellence, comfort, clean and well equipped. Only one draw back is the luggage bench is too small, can place one large suitcase only. For sure I will stay in Shangri-la again

The best ever stay that I had when I'm in KL
The service is excellent . The place is clean n tidy . Nice n delicious food to eat... Unforgettable stay that I love ... Relax n easy staying here at Shangila Hotel.
