Stayed here for 3 nights to do some shopping and sight seeing around KL. Location was surprisingly convenient with most places within easy walking distance or accessible via monarail. staff were very nice and helpful. Fast internet.

We stayed in the deluxe room, a little cramped for space compared to other 5 star hotels, but great location in KL. KLCC shopping is just 5 minutes walk and great staff

These guys know how to make you feel comfortable from the moment you enter. Everything was absolutely spot on. The lady at the reception was very very helpful. Pretty close to the twin towers ( about 10 mins walking ). Coming here again for sure.

My wife and myself stayed for 2 nights as a stopover on our trip to Thailand. We relaxed more in those 2 days than we did in the rest of our 10 day holiday. The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice and quiet. We will be back on our next KL stopover.

Our stay at the shangrila in KL was truly up there with wonderful experiences. Upon arrival was greeted with friendly helpful staff and a wonderful aroma which is obviously a signature of the shangrila chain. The club lounge was excellent providing an array of tantalizing dishes along with a great choice of beverages. The hotel rooms where spotlessly clean with a great view of the Petronas towers. Truly a great hotel
Shopping Tip:
If you want quality shopping go straight to the Petronas shopping complex shops are amazing

Small room, mistake with the bill (charged me for a $30 phone call I did not make), very busy breakfast buffet area and service lacking because so busy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to the Weld shopping centre.

Very friendly and knowlegable staff, going out of their way to help you with checking in/out; comfortable stay and attending to your needs. Variety of foods from different regions and local food providing a great tasting experience. Rooms were good size with all ammenities and as usual the great smell of Shangari La hotel. The outdoor swiming pool was also great and very relaxing.

Very good location and good customer service as well. Room very clean and tidy. Have a very helpful and customer oriented staff . Very informative. But must enhance the security features such as not to allow anyone going up at any levels if the hotel without safety or room cards. This to avoid any strangers to move around.
