Location, Hospitality of the staff, In room facilities.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The details the designers have gone in to, when designing the rooms are commendable. The hospitality of the staff is the best I have ever seen. Excellent Experience.

Excellent Choice in Heart of KL
Well-appointed, staff are good and quality is high
Staff responded well to any issue and I like that in hotel customer service. Room was excellent and well appointed - I had a suite 1503. A ten minute walk to all major shops like Lot 10. Would both return to this hotel and recommend to others visiting KL. Minor point: Private black taxi to hotel was 102RM (paid at taxi official taxi counter) but return from hotel to same airport was 150RM - not sure on why the hotel charge was so different?

Great Location, great service
Location, service and staff performance.
Enjoyed the stay, although the shower head broke, we had to wait quite a while before we could change rooms. Everything else was fine.

The usual of Shangri La Group
Comfortable Bed, Good Service, Location
Had a great stay. Bed was comfortable and staff service was good and prompt. TV barely had any nice channels. Located in the central, close to shopping and eating area but the road in front of Shangri La is always jammed. Overall good, live up to Shangri La's standard.

Convenient and Friendly staff
Well trained staff, Central location, Near amenities
Shangri la was chosen because of the brand name this time. However, the room was a tad run down and likewise the swimming pool was also not befitting of a 5 star hotel. Thankfully it was centrally located and we were met with well trained staff which made the stay a pleasant one.

Location, Cleaness, and Breakfast
Our stay in the Shangri-la Hotel was very pleasant and really worth for our money. This type of palace costs usually much more in Europeans countries so it was a really good deal to do it especially with the agoda discount. The breakfast has so much variety of foods it was excellent.
