Shangri-La doesn't disappoint

Considering the good deal (22% off), spaciousness of room was a pleasant surprise; perhaps due to my husband being a Golden Circle members and our having stayed with Shangri-La just the previous month. Service excellent; stay was a smooth one. Cons: Very busy at breakfast buffet (club access might be better). While massage was lovely, the phone rang in the spa suite and another phone buzzed, both during the treatment. The spa arrival/greeting was also a bit lackluster.

Stayed over the weekend at the Horizon Club room. Breakfast was great! Enjoyed the afternoon tea too. Nice gym and great staff. A great stay overall.

It's a very nice and luxurious 5 stars hotel.You will be treated like a special guess from the time you step in to the lobby for check-in until you the time you check-out. There is nothing I don't like about the hotel itself. The breakfast was excelent too

Stayed for 2 nights - enjoyed the sometimes crowded Horizon Club where sthe staff were attentive & very happy to assist at all times.

For Shang ri la the hotel standard did not have the wow factor that most shang ri la hotels have. The rooms were quite small and the decor was average. However the rooms were quite cheap and the location was great. Also the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet is a must try particularly i you love seafood.
