Room was clean and spacious, including washroom. Wifi was inclusive, and breakfast was great. Resataurants nearby too. Service of staff was impeccable.
Traffic around the area was bad though. No train stations around. Taxi touting is a terrible problem in the city centre.
Restaurant Tip:
Lemon restaurant serves really great tasting food.

A treat for all the senses
Serenity, gorgeous scent throughout the hotel, wonderful unobtrusive service, great breakfst.

We loved our 2 nights here and are returning next month. Every aspect of the hotel was a delight from the whisper quiet lifts to the crisp apple and icy water provided at the pool. The rooms were terrific and carefully thought out with attantion to detail that make this hotel very special, such as the night light that also turned on a light in the bathroom.
The hotel is well positioned for access to KL's excellent transport systems.

My husband and I spent one night at the Shangri-la after originally booking at the Corus hotel which did not meet our expectations. The Shangri-la was a sight for sore eyes! The hotel met all the standards to be expected of the Shangri-la. Fresh cut flowers, beautiful lobby and a good choice of restaurants at the hotel. We were so happy we didn't want to leave the hotel!

perfect location meant that we could pack so much into our two days. very helpful concierge service. lovely room and comfy bed. late 4pm check-out was great as we had a midnight flight. oh, and the breakfast .... yum!!
