Relaxing stay, great food with kuala lumpur on your doorstep.

Faultless!! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The club lounge was great value, the service was immaculate and the food was of a very high standard.
All in all it was a fantastic experience..

Checking in was fast. The room was nice and clean. The staff were all courteous and nice. We were at the Horizon Club and there was all day drinks and coffee. Breakfast was semi-buffet style where you might order your eggs and others.

We celebrated our anniversary at the hotel which was what we
wanted and it was a lovely stay. The only disappointment was that they did not upgrade us.
Overall a nice quiet weekend.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
All the major sights and shopping are within walking distance.

We had the time of our life on our mini stay-cation at the hotel this month! Although the room was slightly smaller than we have expected, the service provided more than made up for it. The room had all the amenities needed and we spent a hilarious hour checking out all the stuff! It was really clever how they managed to put everything away in hidden compartments! Best part of our stay was the Club Lounge. We have stayed in many club rooms over the years but Shangri-la has got to be the best. The quality of the food and variety was unbeatable. It was nice that they had themed nights so there were different types of cuisine on each of the three nights we were there.

We go bakc quite often to this hotel. It is centrally located and with Agoda you get great value for money. The hotel is also great for a shopping weekend as it is in between the KLCC malls and the Bukit Bintnag row of malls, so you could access all of them by foot. The fact that it is a true 5 star hotel makes it all a more pleasant experience.

i love the shangri la group, if you want to understand the true meaning of prompt friendly service, then don't waste your time with other hotels, just book with the shangri la! comfortable rooms, great restaurants and food, one of the best japanese restaurants i have ever eaten in and i live in a country surrounded by 5 star food!! truly a great experience in truly asia.
