the staff are very friendly and helpful. room is very big and shower is so big as well. I love the very big bed and I appreciated the complimentary mineral bottles being replaced every day not to mention there are complimentary fruits as well.
Restaurant Tip:
their buffet restaurant features a lot of variety of foods that are really good.

You cannot go wrong staying at Shangri-La Hotel. I got a great deal through Agoda and the hotel is fantastic. Service was great and the room is very big and nice. I stayed for only one night but overall was very happy with the room. Check in service was fast and efficient and staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a great hotel in a great location - very convenient to the centre of town. Would definitely staying there again

Our room was tidily clean everyday and we really love the way the staffs serve our requests. They way the serve the rom service foods was very unique and the price is reasonable considering at such a grand 5 stars hotel. Plenty of the hotel parking space, spacious and bright enough, it is very important for safety reason.

i had not been back to the kl shangri la since 1997 and was not disappointed , upgraded with access to horizon club and enjoyed this very brief stay.
great service mind of all staff, room facilities excellent and my apologies if i woke my neighbour at my excitement of watching chelsea beat barcelona at 4am
will defintely return for a weekend break, already looking forward to it

i had an excellent stay. everything went very smoothly, from check-in, spa, gym, stay and check-out. the room service was great too, i loved the free wifi!. i would definitely stay there again. the location is excellent as well as you can walk to klcc and other shops as well.
