We only stayed 1 night at this hotel since we had a flight the next day back home. We had a nice time, the room was well decorated, clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and there was a ridiculous amount of food to choose from. Staff was very friendly and let us get a very late checkout since we had a late night flight. Overall, a high quality and very nice hotel.

Pleasant Short stay at Shangri-la KL

Stayed 2 night for my business conference which was held at KLCC and only a short, 7 minutes walk from the hotel.The room is clean and comfortable though the decor looks tired. I asked for high floor non-smoking room, but they only manage to give me a 4th floor room with no view.Ovrall , it was a pleasant stay.

Everything about my stay was exceptional, staff,quality of the hotel and room, the chinese restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast and seafood night have to be seen to be believed. By far the best hotel I have stayed in anywhere. Australian hotels dont compare for service and value for your dollar.
