Pleasant Short stay at Shangri-la KL
Efficient Check in and out. Clean and comfortable room. Value for money room rate.

Stayed 2 night for my business conference which was held at KLCC and only a short, 7 minutes walk from the hotel.The room is clean and comfortable though the decor looks tired. I asked for high floor non-smoking room, but they only manage to give me a 4th floor room with no view.Ovrall , it was a pleasant stay.

The bathroom shower looks modern by doing away with typical trays.
Breakfast spread was a good , with a large selection.

Everything about my stay was exceptional, staff,quality of the hotel and room, the chinese restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast and seafood night have to be seen to be believed. By far the best hotel I have stayed in anywhere. Australian hotels dont compare for service and value for your dollar.

Wonderful...The staff was very kind and helpful...always attentive to your needs... Specially, on our following visit, the Business Lounge was beyond our expectation... The staff was hosted us as if we were guests in their home...The best Business Lounge since a very long time... The Fitness Center is exquisite with a beautiful view of landscaped area...

about 15 mins walk to most shopping malls, clean and spacious
