Comfortable room size and excellent food selection
Attitude of some service staff could be improved.
Excellent hotel and good value for money. Buffet breakfast is exceptional with everything you could want. Rooms are of a good size and the Italian restaurant serves great food.

Spacious room (corner room), loads of airwell-space from mezzanine floor upwards, free lobby internet, 3 mins walk to monorail
expensive taxi ride to airport (viz concierge), no turn down service
The Sheraton people were good to us - we arrived early in the morning and they actually allowed us to check in at about 1030am (although that may also be due to the fact that we are Starwood members). They allocated a corner room to us which meant loads of walking space; loved the free internet that came with the lobby. Food at the breakfast area wasn't that fantabulous although they do try to make it a good spread. Very close to the monorail which takes you to Bukit Bintang or KL Sentral depending on your direction.
The downside - 1. the expensive taxi service at the taxi counter We wanted to take a normal taxi to the KLIA BUT the taxi i/c tried to convince us via (i) we will have to wait for a budget taxi (ie they won't actively call for one for us) and (ii) not as comfortable as their in house blue taxis. In the end we gave up and took their in house taxi (RM120 for one way - we only paid RM70 from the airport to the hotel via an airport taxi limo). That was a bit annoying. 2. we came back expecting our room to be turned down for the evening but nothing was done. Not a biggie but it would have been nice to have

Stayed in the 36th floor. Had the best view of Suria KL towers and Menara KL tower
If this your first time in KL, this must be your choice. Its located right next to golden triangle. The mono rail station is right outside the hotel with links to all the places. The hotel itself is very good value for money, although I paid a little extra to get the executive club floor. Got many benefits cz of it. The best of all was a room on the 36th floor with the best view of the skyline of KL. Would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a nice 5 star hotel in KL.
Travel tip : Golden Triangle near the hotel has everything a tourist needs.
