Over all, my trip to silka hotel was amazing.. I used to stay at the next building years back., never once wondered how it is in silka.. Now, I'm feeling excited.. The prices are reasonable. Great job done by the management. Keep hoing.

The stay was great except for some small details that are unpleasant, like the bed sheet is stained and not changed. The cleaning staff doesn't greet the guests. Wifi needs to be paid.

I book for 2 rooms & in the morning they send me 2 same copy of newspaper (they should send 2 different copy -right?).
One room mini bar with 6 drinks & next room minibar is empty but with the same minibar list on top of it, so I tell the counter girl in case they might bill me extra. She seems don't know anything about it & said will remove the next minibar items out also (???), but next day is still the same.
One of the bed sheet had a hole (size of a finger) on it (cover by pillow). All toilet doors in both room no lock (just push to slide open).
Think the service staff (cleaning the room) not happy that we place the towel on the toilet floor (tile -cool) so next morning it cover on top of my kids towel on the chair.
It's a apartment with hotel combine, so some of the room is for residents, include 8th floor which had a small swiming pool there.
However, staff around counter is friendly. We're afterall just stay for 2 nights so I didn't make complaint but it's not so up to standard.

My 2nd time stay here. the location is my most attraction to stay here. Easy access to almost anywhere ; shops, mall, food area and pasar malam. i was very satisfied and most probably will choose this hotel again in future.

Lovely hotel at an excellent location, rooms are small but perfect. On the 8th floor a swimming pool, which was nice for the kids to cool after a day wandering around Kuala Lumpur.

It was a little disappointed...
It has good location which is very near the downtown and has beauty scene.But to be honest, the hotel was not very clean and the decoration was a little old...
What i cannot accept was the not clean bedsheet...so i didn't sleep well.

the lobby is impressive and the rooms are very nice. the toilet is also well designed and lots of sun light coming into the hotel room and toilet. The rooms are quite tastefully done, lovely sofas, presentable wardrobe and spacious too.
