Good service and clean rooms
Polite greeter and perfect services by the staffs, clean rooms with nice smell,

we had two rooms at 28 floor with my sister and grandparents. the hotel location is not so convenient from the central shopping malls like times square or klcc,walking distant is about half an hour and if u dont know the way. u better take a taxi. however i like the hotel features as the rooms are clean and cozy, nice smell in the rooms and decor are simple. there is no much shopping and restaurants around/nearby the hotel but buffet breakfast provided is pretty good. friendly staffs and a nice stay over there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
this is a 32 story hotel. the service of the hotel is very good as the staffs are polite and helpful. i can say that they could solve any queries u have even they are not sure about it, they try their best to help you! the hotel rooms are clean but it's rather small. i like the decor of the rooms though.

Great location but very small rooms
Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, food centres and shopping booths are just few steps away.

It was ok, the room is cleaned except i have to wait for so long for them to come and give me the TV remote control and 2nd time for the towel that i need to use.
Shopping Tip:
it is the best place for you to get some local textiles

The room is very small. No complimentary internet. Not a recommended place to stay. Many other better hotels with similar rate and better accessibility that can be considered.

Great location, great service but lift was slow.

i have no doubt with the great location & accessibility. however, do please look into the lift. during our stay, most of the time my family and i had to wait for a long time to bring us up to our room and down to the lobby. nevertheless, we will come back again in our next trip to kl.

Be careful on strangers knocking your room

The hotel is valued for price. Clean and good location. However, someone knocked our room doors every night during our stays. They pretend they are staff delivering towels. It is very terrbile dangerous as later on I read the warning that there are some guests being drugged and robbed. Luckily I didn't open the door. Another problem was, when we checked in the room, the mini bar was not fully filled and later on they said we consumed items and ask us to pay. Who will check if all the mini bar items were there when you check in the room? I insisted not to pay as we really didnt consume any items. The staff then show us their record that they have full items refilled before we checked in and asked us to pay. Finally, they just said, it's ok and waive us. Hang on, it seems I consumed the items and didn't want to pay! But we were in rush and and have already spent over 20mins on this issue and hence i just didnt want to argue anymore and leave.

"Lovely hotel and service with a smile
clean, neat and come with all facilities like swimming pool and near to the sogo shopping centre

i stay at this hotel for many times everytime i travel to kl. it was 4 star hotel with a very good deal price. located near to the sogo shopping centre and only 7 minutes walk. very convenient to bukit bintang and sungai wang. the staff are friendly and they offer good food with variation promotion.
Shopping Tip:
walk to the sogo shopping centre, bukit bintang and sungai wang.

pool. small and covered, food average, halls smelly and dark, dingy looking, service ok, 3 star only 6/10 at a push, to be fair spend an extra 20 pounds and book 5 star. perfect for business. on a budget

Everything is fine except the housekeeping, keep on knocking the door and requesting to clean carpet, just want to check.
Otherwise everthing is fine.

Great location for shopping and surrounded by restaurants.

every time i visit kl, i stay at maytower because of their service, the location, and the buffet breakfast. i find it cost effective, too. try it!!
