Greate Location but small rooms and poor service

Hotel is centrally located with easy access for both business and leisure traveler. the service is poor for 4star hotel. no welcome drink, poor room services and etc.
Shopping Tip:
Masjid India Bazar is right behind the hotel. Masjid Jamek rail station is just 5mins walking distance.

near to train station and close to shopping center. walkable to sightseeing .

Unlike another hotel, here it has a very nice swimming pool and gym which is for free. But sadly, the wifi and internet was extra charged and a it's expensive. However it's close to the train station and the sightseeing where you can take less than 30 min walk to reach KLCC and KL tower also the shopping center. THe foods in the restaurant was good and they gave free wifi there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
KL is one of nice place for shopping but to see nature, you'd better go to the others cities.

Great value for a nice hotel
close to many modes of transportation

The hotel room is nice and clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Service was good. I got sick by the time I needed to leave and the hotel manager was helpful in assisting me to get to the airport.
The only thing is that the hotel is difficult to find especially at night.

good location to stay. free parking for hotel guest. room is clean. book a standard twin but given free upgrades to deluxe. very near to tourist attractions. staff are very friendly so as the security guards. lift is a bit slow due to high rise and share with residence. lucky to have a good view of kl twin tower. 7-11 is just 1 minute walk.

hotel location near the shops and markets easy link to the city centre, 5 minutes on lrt. rooms are adequete size with all the ammmenities required. swimming pool was great bonus, under cover so could swim in the storms. only downside was the wifi, had to pay for the password and even then it was slow. we got this room on a special offer so what we paid was more than worth it!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast is well worth paying for, very reasonable!

Great location but small rooms

it's great location,however,like others said room is small.although,i felt comfortable.
we arrived at hotel,threw the luggage in room,then went to klcc,just 15 minutes walk got there.
there is no adaptor in room.fortunately,we borrow it from the nice receptionist,but，it's bad contact。

The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, nice staff. swimming pool, sauna and gym all is nice. the price is also not expensive. though the rooms are bit small compare to other hotels around.

its a last minute do the booking lucky managed get a room,strategic location nearby shopping area,can get variety of food easily just walk and relax enjoy the sightseeing..

nearby to the shopping area,mall,just walk.
