that was my last night in Malaysia, so i have a very good sleep and i love the bed with the pillow and etc, that was so comfort. my room was so cozy. the bathroom also great, had a spacious area for bathing. i definitely will come back to stay here while in KL. but the distance between hotel and Bukit Bintang shopping malls are quite far.

Hotel is fine, but I cannot say so for the restaurant on the second floor. Buffet breakfast is lousy, no to mention the food at other times! Lousy cooking. For the same type of food, other branches of the restaurant make it much better.

taxi drivers don't know of this "new" hotel

it took about 1 hour to get my rooms despite my arrival around 4pm which is after the 3pm check-in time. so i didn't get my rooms until 5pm
there is wifi but it keeps getting disconnected in the rooms and it's a hassle to keep logging in. the wifi in the lobby works a bit better.
there is no laundry facility on-site.
only emy, the female security personnel, smiles.
there is a taxi booking service in the lobby.
it is within walking distance to chinatown and the shopping areas, but just be aware of the unpaved broken roads.

My stay was perfect! I would recommend it to my friends and family. I can give 4-star rating to this hotel. Great location, easy to find for a tourist like me, walking distance to train station, bus station and to Berjaya Times Square. A real value for money.

Great location in a very centralised area. Was only here for a night but got the family room (parents, brother and I) and it was very large and spacious. Close location to Bukit Bintang shopping area and the bars/restaurants on Changkat (10min walk) Will definitely stay here again - very nice area. Free Wifi which is a nice surprise for a 3 star hotel

Overall this hotel is good. Very near to Pudu Station. Walking distance to Sg Wang and etcs. Jln Alor are just behind this hotel for those who inst rested. Its a street full of foods stalls. 7-eleven very near.
