I had a good time with Sky Express hotel. Staff was friendly and polite with us. The room is clean, comfortable and nice. The hotel is near shopping malls and restaurant,just about 5' walking. Room service is fast. After order food by phone, just around 20' you can have delicious at room.

that was my last night in Malaysia, so i have a very good sleep and i love the bed with the pillow and etc, that was so comfort. my room was so cozy. the bathroom also great, had a spacious area for bathing. i definitely will come back to stay here while in KL. but the distance between hotel and Bukit Bintang shopping malls are quite far.

Shouldn't use bed sheets with food stains,etc. on it. Cleaner needs to take more notice of room as I found stains on walls left by previous guest.

Chosen this hotel again because of the location, convenient parking space, local foods, shopping malls.Booked a room without breakfast however I did have my breakfast from room service and it was nice. Shopping malls are just walking distance to Lot 10, Pavilion, Sungai Wang Plaza, BB Plaza and Times Square. Transportation are easily access from this hotel. Will come here again and recommend to my friends.

overall it was an average stay, the only down side was the "fake window". i booked the superior twin (with windows)in the hope of getting a little bit of view, but i found out that the window was blocked, so no view at all, you won't even know it's morning/evening because it was always dark in the room. it'd be much better stay if the window was real

We're fortunate enough to chance upon a newly built hotel like Sky Express. Clean, superb service, abundant water supply, availability of physical fitness equipment, wi-fi services and a noise-proof room. Just what we expect from a hotel. It was a hassle-free visit to Malaysia, actually. It made our stay in that country memorable.
