Okay service. Terrible night

after booking this hotel on an agoda deal i thought i had got a bargain. however the low price was reflected in the poorly fitted room and distinctly average service. i can deal with those two, however after coming back to the hotel at 11pm, we were droned to deafness by a karaoke 'bar' that had been set up in the bus terminal across the road. keeping in mind this was a monday night!?im still slightly confused and bemused as to what on earth a karaoke bar was doing in a bus stop opposite a hotel, with 4 patrons singing their out of tune hearts out until 1am and further. after putting up with the drone and expecting to end soon, we finally called it quits at 1am and checked out. the staff were pretty terrible at dealing with the situation and only offered us a different room just before we were leaving....? anyway, i certainly would not recommend this place to any body looking for a nice, quiet, friendly place to stay. look elsewhere and pay a bit more for better facilities etc.

Budget hotel with basic necessities

Budget hotel, good if you don't expect too much on the condition of the room. The blanket is much used and the table and chair are rocky. The water from the heater is hot but very small flow. Security is good with cameras around the hotel. We can still request hot water from the counter although there is no water flask in the room.

Good location simple stopover

The room is simply equiped .The toilet is clean.Friendly and helpful staff with good service.Easy acess and 5 mins walk to 24 hrs restaurant and 7 eleven store.The hotel is located safely near the main road.No problem to get a taxi.
Restaurant Tip:
You dont have to worry about being hungry.Walk to the 24 hrs restaurants are brightly lit road.

Great location and staff are very friendly
Great location . Next to the hotel got steambot restaurant which operate till early morning,very convenient to look for food and taxi station also just nearby.

Hotel with great location, easily to look for food even in midnight and also easy to look for taxi because taxi station just nearby the hotel. And the hotel rate is also very budget. We have been stayed there for three times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again during my next visiting.

the rooms without windows are actually better because there is not so much street traffic noise; nothing is provided except towel and tp (you have to ask for it); the epitome of no-frills-no-name hotel
-water pressure is just ok and not sure i would stay there again;
Travel tip:
downgrade to a room without windows if you are a light sleeper

dont know any other places in the neighborhood--think this one is the best if you must stay in semenyih--price is better on Agoda than at hotel--so if you need to stay longer, internet cafe is the way to go. not great in any respect, but certainly adequate if your not too fussy. right across from bus station; about an hour to KL. very small bathroom, with low water pressure--but it is warm or hot enuf. seemed clean to me, i didn't have any skin problems after staying there. no elevator and is on the second to fourth floors. arrive early if you want second floor.
