third time at the hotel, this time with a partner. nice suite rooms for the first time and second, for a big group of 6. this time was great, spent the day at the infinity pool and night went to zouk the nearby club. not the best of locations, but great value for money

High standard maintenance in both hardware and software, very neat housekeeping as well as tidy and clean. The check-in and check-out was very efficient. The roof top gym room and the family multi-function room are well maintained. An overview to Kuala Lumpur at the skypool that makes me great impression on this high standard apartment.

Good location, great facilities, nice rooms

Had high expectectations due to having stayed at other Somerset hotel and we were not disappointed. The rooms were modern, stylish, roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette is wonderfully appointed with amenities including clothes washer/dryer. Ours didn't work right and within the hour technicians had swapped it out with one that worked.
The rooftop infinity pool has wonderful view of the city and the famous towers. The adjoining gym is well appointed and a great place to work out watching the traffic battle each other and the tropical storms.
Petronas Towers is rather close and can be easily walked. Next door are the British and French embassies.
The restaurant next door also has great food and drinks. The breakfast is a decent buffet to fill you but not inspirational.

Very well furnished just like your own home.

didn't get the room we wanted when checking in, but staff promptly fixed the problem. good service, very helpful staff, apartments very clean, well maintained, car park very useful if you have car. breakfast a bit disappointing compared to lunch and dinner offered by the same restaurant.

The hotel was good but the breakfast was very bad. The staff were friendly up to check out time requested couple hours extra to stay on the last day was refused.

The room is small, yet complete

the studio premier room is equipped with a kitchenette and essential living necessities such as hair dryer, washing machine, microwave oven and a full set of cooking utensils etc. the design layout is simple yet modern and tastefully decorated. the room was spick and span, with a relatively spacious bathroom offering a picturesque view of the urban infrastructure. free shuttle bus services to nearby shopping malls are provided at daily designated timings. customer service was exceptional as the staff went to the extra mile of providing economical travel avenues to tourist attractions. the top of the building houses a small gymnasium and a small lap pool with jacuzzi facilities. a refreshing dip into the waters can easily sensationalise you as you can have a bird's eye view of the jungle of skycrapers in klcc. however, there was a single flaw on one of the mornings when we were awakened by an advent of reverberating fire alarm to our dismay and shock. notwithstanding this, the issue was quickly resolved as the alarm was dismissed as a false one within minutes after investigation.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. This is our second time, staying in this hotel. Great place with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Hotel service and staff were very prompt with all requests. Rooms were very clean. Fully equipped to meet every need. My husband liked the gym though it was simple. We wiill definitely come back to stay here again. Strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Great value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of shopping centers around the hotel which are within 10-20 minutes of travelling by car/ train. Recommend the train only before 3pm. Trains are packed and it's impossible to get on them during peak hours(after 6pm)

Small room with basically everything

i've been staying at this place almost every time i visit kl and it has never failed to please me. the building is very new (and so are all the equipments furnished), and i like how they have a spacious room that pretty much accommodates my stay, business or pleasure.

Comfortable and Clean Room

the hotel address is hard to locate even using my gps. we called the receptionist and was told to use the british commissioner address. as the hotel was new, the gps could not track down the building even we were in the ampang area near klcc. the carpark is narrow and must be extra careful when going up and down the ramp. on the whole, the hotel is a pleasant place to stay and quiet. need to walk at least one station distance back from klcc.the breakfast is good and the staff helpful.
