the hotel was just within a stone's throw from kl twin towers, the pool on the 22th floor was amazing, perfect service and the personnel so helpful, very good value.

Great location, good amenities and friendly staff

Had an excellent 2 nites stay. Enjoyed the home like environment. Staff was most helpful and pleasant. Parking was ample and shuttle service provided at certain time slots to KLCC area.

Perfect central location
close to transport, nice gym, friendly staff, quality breakfast

this was our second stay at this hotel, and i expect it will be our first choice when we return. the ipod docks, washing machine, daily papers, varied breakfasts, and small but nicely appointed gym all show that some real consideration has gone into setting up this hotel. the move of the breakfast area from a renovated suite to a restaurant next door was a smart one, as there is much more room and both inside and outside eating areas. the floor to ceiling windows in bedroom, bathroom, and living room give some gorgeous views of this intriguing city. the free wifi is a real plus, and there are a number of workspaces for travelers needing them. and for those expecting hard beds in asia (i live here, and those beds are all too common), this hotel is an excellent exception. somersets always seem to feel a bit more homey and are usually the first hotels i look at, and this is my favorite of the ones in which i've stayed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have a trip of more than a couple of days, buy a travel card. Only MYR10 for the card, plus 20 additional ringgits stored value on an initial purchase, the card saves you having to paw for change and/or queuing for tickets.

De hotel is really easy to locate. Direct lift excess from carpark to room is wonderful. Beautiful room n view of Genting Highland. Everything in de hotel is very well maintain.

It was a decent place especially for the price, very centrally located. The suite was large enough to have a meeting and it was a decent stay. I only stayed for 2 nights, this is good for business I feel.

very well designed and compact unit with quality finishing. Kitchen is well equip with basic necessaries and quality cutlery,
living room well modern designed , and comfortable design.
bedroom was cozy, but a little to narrow, room for improvement , bedroom slipper , cotton bud and disposable comb and toothbrush set and powder, that will make it perfect .
rather unexpectedly disappointing , breakfast at Soul Out as very limited array of choice, food was rather cold, overall hotel service was pleasant.

Generally a business hotel as the pool area was very good view and there were only a few deck chairs. Well-equipped gym. Great clean and nice amenities in the room with a walk in closet. Rain shower, TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. Room service and food average. With enjoyable and satisfied stay.

Good to Stay
New apartment hotel. Furnishing and many items inside the room look new. We like the well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom.

Staying in a hotel room with everything clean, tidy and new is just what I am looking for,and this hotel has it. The suite is reasonably spacious with enough desks and cabinets. The bathroom with a view is something unique. Kitchen had everything I needed. The infinity swimming pool and the gym at upper level are simply great with a good view of KL city. Water pressure at the shower might be a bit low. The buffet breakfast was not up to expectation. It lacked variety. No shop nor restaurant next door. Nearest LRT station is about 200m away.
