Great hotel, poor service
Location and easy access to transport

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and kept returning for the convenient location however on my recent stay I found some of the the staff to be ill equipped to deal with guest issues and the supervisor unable to offer anything other than a lame apology. I don't expect poor service from a hotel and will certainly not be staying here again.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, stylishly designed. But remember, this is a serviced apartment, not a hotel, so there is a different feel to it. But all in all, met all of my needs! It was great having a living room and a kitchen! The washer/dryer was a very nice surprise ( I used it a lot). Easy walking distance to a small supermarket that had everything you could need.

I love to stay in this hotel because of the good location. It is easily accessible by any transportations in Kuala Lumpur. Be it shopping or dining out is never a problem in this hotel. The Staff were warmth and friendly, and helpful too. I feel welcomed and its like home whenever I stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean too.

Beautiful hotel with an awsome pool!
The pool, clean room and a nice breakfast two doors down from the hotel.

I had stayed at the Somerset previously and loved the place so much that I took a friend and stayed there again when I went up to KL to see the Moto Gp. It really is a beautiful hotel and very modern and clean but this time the rooms were very small at one end of the hotel compared with the 1st time where the rooms were huge!! I think the 1st time I got a free up grade and there was none available the last time...Oh well! It is only a short and also cheap taxi ride to Butik Bintang and many other night spots so its reasonably central,also it is only 6 minutes walk to a train stop that will take you to China town, Central Markets and lots of other interesting places. The staff are very nice and the breakfast at Souled Out Cafe is above average, but the prices of a cold beer have gone up considerably in a year. I would stay again if I had the bigger room for the price I have paid both times, but the smaller rooms are a bit too confined for my liking!
