Very good hotel. Staff was friendly and cordial. The entire apartment was furnished well and comfortable. The breakfast variety needs improvement and the restaurant is not air conditioned...but otherwise, everything else was really good and I would definitely stay there again!

Nice cozy hotel. They got nice pool and gym. Clean rooms but for the 3 bed room apartment, we got only queen sized bed. As such it's a little squeeze for my husband and I with our 4 year old son. The reception was really nice and helpful. For the breakfast, it may be a simple spread. But the food quality is great as there isn't so much guest to cater to. Don't forget to try their freshly baked bread, especially the croissant!

It was a family gathering, and everybody was comfortable. Modern design, great view and sufficient facilities to keep our younger childred occupied. The only thing lacking is a playground then it would have been perfect.
The service provided was great, we have at least 6 young childredn in our group and the waiters were so attentive to our needs each morning we were there for breakfast. No complains about the food too, every day different food.

The Premier suite wa great for a family, clean but no luxerious

Nice big clean rooms. Wifi was good. Pool area and gym was also good. But since these are serviced apartments and not a hotel there was a restaurant missing in the pool area.
Location is 1 or 2 blocks off.

the size of the apartment was ok. the furniture was pretty good. breakfast was included but a nearby restaurant, which was ok..
location... far away from activities. not a walking distance to where things are happening.
cleanliness: not that clean.. found a couple of small insects in the bathroom. bathroom doors were stained with filthy fingerprints.
arrived at 11:00 pm with the your children. first apartment shown had smoker smell.. asked to wait for30 minutes till another is prepared.. no offer for any thing (juice, coffee, dinner, while waiting. waited and then the second one had a defect. they had to move us to a 3 bedroom for one night. second day, they offered the exact same apartments!!! third day, they fixed the defective one and kept on calling us every 5 minutes to move. we ended up leaving the whole hotel and moved to another hotel.
manager: tried to call the manager and asked to call him back at 10:00 am the next morning! no manager at the hotel!
receptionist.. no courtesy. wanted me to go check how the defect was fixed myself! when i did not accept this, they called the maintenance guy!!! a customer is going to check a defect with maintenance personnel!!!

These are furnished apartments, not a hotel...

Nice Apartment Hotel & Fast Service

Check in & out was smooth . All our requested was recorded during check in & delivered promptly. We found an extra bed in the room which we didn't requested but they didn't charge us anyway... Overall good place & value for your money considering it's room size( more like an apartment)plus b ig fridge , microwave , washing machine & a induction stove..
