Decent rooms, but poor management.

Rooms was as how the photos describe, nice, clean and new.
But the huge drawback for me is that the carpark of the hotel is not connected to it's lobby, it is situated behind the hotel and once you parked your car you have to walk around the building to the front to reach your hotel.
Not mentioning that the alley behind was dark, totally doesn't look safe at all!! To top it off, only half of that car park was own by the hotel and the other half is own by a few fellows that collect parking fees. Apparently the hotel only prepare 15 free parking slots and if you are the 16th car onwards you will have to pay for you own parking fees. The thing is when the parking guy demand me to pay up, i did notice there wasn't more than 15 cars inside, and how was the guy to confirm that i am the 16th car owner? I did call the hotel but they are of no help. Arguing with a bunch of parking thugs behind the alley was the last thing we wanted to do so we did pay up.
Making things worse is later at night the water heater broke down and maintainance took forever to get it fix so we had to shower with icy cold water.
Conclusion : Worst stay ever!

I was in Kuala Lumpur with a friend during month of Ramadhan just for Hari Raya shopping. StarPoints Hotel is the best choice to shopping because easy to access public transport. Near Bazaar Ramadhan.
