The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean & comfortable to stay .I feel safe staying here. It is very convenient for me to do my shopping & the LRT station & public transport is just nearby.

Bad location with very small rooms

Rooms are very small and the bathrooms will suffocate you... No soup no shampoos nothing v had to go to the market first to buy all these things... Plus i do not know why they call it a 3 star hotel when they do not even have a swimming pool...
Shopping Tip:
Please go for another hotel if you want to enjoy...

this is a very busy hotel used by tour groups from india. we stayed 2 nights. breakfast first morning was quite good with eggs and fruit available but on 2nd morning breakfast was chaos - no eggs and no fruit and mainly only asian food available. the hotel has only 2 lifts working which caused further chaos if a tour group leaves at the same time you are leaving.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
little India full of restaurants and shops. Main sights only a short walk or taxi ride away.

What i like most apart from the amazing locality of the hotel is that, Starpoints provides you a very relaxing stay amidst the busy surrrounding. It is surprisingly quiet and homely. Taxis are easy to find and a supermarket right next door is a plus.
Travel tip:
Parking is a hassle but there are basement parking available at a chargable rate.

The hotel is ok, though there are other hotels with three stars which is much better then this with a same price. but still it is ok to stay there as the rooms are ok, clean and shower is also good. But i did not like the area, it is not clean and smells unfriendly.

dodgy location but good hotel overall

cons: no wifi, no hair dryer.
room was unavailable on the first night hence gotta stay in a twin bedroom which pisses me off a little as i wanted to spend a cosy night with my boyfriend.
however, changed to double room the next day. bigger room so it's okay.
location wise it is really dodgy although pretty near to Masjid Jamek station. not advised to walk around the area at night in case of pickpocketing

it is located in the little india area, and only 5 mins walk from the monorail station. there are coffee shops and food center near the hotel. the room is big and clean, and they even give me the breakfast voucher. the staff is nice and helpful. it's a good experience.
