It a nice hotel but the room is a bit small .And they did not change the bed sheet and blanket till the day we check out.We get to know about it when we notice that the pen stain is still there.but other then that every thing is ok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the public transport like the LRT is easy to move around

1st Night - we encountered a black out. As per the hotel staff,the hotel do not have a 24hr maintenance officer and we have to wait for at least half an hour to 45 mins. It has been fixed but in the morning we encountered another trip. Called for the maintenance officer and that is when we requested for change of room.
We went to the reception, spoken to one staff and was told that we need to pack our luggage and to put it one side, do our work (go shopping or sightseeing) and by 2.00 we are able to move in to the new room. Surprisingly, another officer has arrange for check-in for one new customer who just walked in. What surprise me is - why do we have to wait till 2.00 to get a new room and the guy can just simply check in at that point of time? We are not checking OUT from the hotel, but only requesting for change of room, which I think does not require a standard 2.00 check in procedure.
Need to improve on the breakfast - it does not cater to Asia/Western food, more to the Indians (eventhough we understand that most of the guests are Indian/Indian Muslims). Orange juice finishing but was not being replenished and have to wait to be refilled in order to have another glass.

Had a pleasant stay there. Will definitely stay there again when we go shopping at Jln Masjid India, Jln TAR and Sogo, of course.The superior room was really2 small that was only fit for one person, we have the difficulties to find space for pray. And also the carpet was not really well cleaned and it was dirty. others is good.

I always stay here when in Kuala Lumpur because, the price is reasonable for the room provided, the rooftop Northern Indian Restaurant is great, locality is divine.

Frequent traveller to kuala lumpur n always stay at this hotel. This trip went with family n was given two connecting rooms. We were given rooms that are convertible into "meeting rooms" with folding wooden doors as the partition. Thus, there was no privacy between these rooms as we could hear each other voices & even the snores. Reception staff are not friendly & hardly smile. However, the concierge staff are helpful.
