Good-sized apartment with free wifi
Free shuttle to KLCC and Bukit Bintang; Free Wifi; 1-BR apartment with separate bedroom, living area and kitchenette

We made full use of the 1-BR apartment which had a bedroom and a separate living area with its own TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. We had a great view of the city, including the Petronas Towers, which sparkled beautifully at night. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is not too close to the usual sightseeing areas, but getting in and out of the hotel was convenient, with several options (taxi, train or the free shuttle to KLCC/Bukit Bintang). Lastly,this hotel is attached to a mall that we were told is being renovated until 2014.

A very good apartment for a group of travellers

Everything is good except the customer service at counter(a lady, when check in) , she was ignored me when I asking her question. The second day, I request for extra 2 blankets at counter, she said "call housekeeping"! I told her I did called them last night, but no one send! She didn't say anything n make call, and showed me long face! I repeat I need two please! And after 15mins, someone sent to us, but only one! I ask again for more, he sent to me very soon, very good guy!

Had a good stay as this is my 2nd time returning to Sunway. 1st was a hotel room, 2nd we opt for the apartment to accommodate meeting up with friends etc. Checking in was fast, rooms are quite old but still comfy to stay for long term. Quite a spread for breakfast which appeal to our different tastebuds. Fast internet, convenient for those whom is in town for work. The only inconvenience, was served cold water in a dirty glass during breakfast. Other than that, customer service is good from all personnel.

Room service, friendly staff & great security

All the staff are wonderful and friendly... :) Great place for family and including extended family member stay. Has 3 toilets in the apartment which is very good. Simply enjyoing and great. The only thing I would like to recommend is to put plastic to the dustbin as protective device. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was immediately adjacent to the metro station, making transport easy. The pool was nice with a jaccuzzi, and the breakfast better than most. Happy to recommend this hotel
