Great location next to PWTC but slightly old rooms

Full Service Hotel without service and smile

i have to say the housekeeper is good- polite and helpful. but other staff including receptionist and concierge are bad. no smiling and seems to be not willing to answer your question. (they are not busy at all). the room is clean, large but old. it is good for business staying not for traveling. i did not enjoy any facilities in hotel because nobody told me what it has. like i asked where is the bar, the staff said: 10 floor and didn't even look at me. in conclusion, if you want to find a hotel for only staying, it may be good for you. ( the price is not cheap tho)

Nice and Comfortable Hotel with a friendly Service

Room were upgraded to Deluxe without any charges. Service was excellent. Interior was very clean and spacious.

It will be wonderful if the hotel management can pay more attention to the bedsheets, pillow cases and laundries. There were bad adours from the 4 pillows in use in my room stay. The filthy bath tub that's meant for shower purposes was also choked presumably due to bad plumbing maintenance.

great location for pwtc visitors

i booked a superior room, surprising got an upgrade to the crest room which is 2 level up. was given daily newspaper and use of the crest lounge.
room is huge (can fit 2 king size beds), comes with sofa, coffee table and chair, balcony with view of twin towers, bathroom was spacious too (couple can both use at the same time).
the mini bar in the room is complimentary.
for the cable tv, there's cnn, bbc etc.. but i feel it's limited as most are local programs.
only downside is that the sound proofing isn't that great, you can hear your neighbors' movement. and there is a lacking in personal touch of the service staff. no doubt, the staff are friendly and courteous.
a special note is that, the lobby is on 9th floor, so you only get service from that level onwards.
the service staff downstairs at the main door, don't provide any service at all, they are probably killing time.
the location is good if you are attending convention at pwtc, else, you need to take cab to most destinations. i don't find the lrt next to the hotel any convenient.
as the hotel is near chow kit (red light district), do be extra cautious when walking along the streets at night.
the pastries at the lobby cafe are cheap but the beverages are not ! checkout the prices first.
in-house guests are given 20%-30% discounts on f&b spending.
there is complimentary scheduled shuttle service to klcc and bukit bintang, check and book with the concierge.
do flag the taxi from the roadside (most likely they will use meter) and not those waiting at the taxi stand (you need to bargain on price). also, the blue colour "executive" taxi uses meter but it's a premium service.
Nightlife Tip:
For night life, go check out Changkat Bukit Bintang, it's less than RM6-10 taxi ride away (depending on midnight surcharges etc).
This Changkat area is totally new to me, it did not exist on my previous trip two years back, worth checking it out for the vibes and music. It's really happening!

It is a big hotel in area of putra world centre (PWTC). The hotel is connected with a mall and supermarket. There are 2 train station nearby the hotel. The room is spacious but slightly old. Staff are friendly and speak good english. There are various food in breakfast.

Great hotel & have a great time

i've booked superior room with king size bed for 2 nights. Upon check in, i've been upgrade to 2 bed room apartment! nice surprise & love the days spending with Sunway Piramid hotel.
Nice view of KLCC & Menara KL.

A bit dissapointed with the service as used plates were left outside our room by the earlier guest were not collected even after 2 phone calls. Besides that, it was good stay.
