Great hotel with spacious room
Free room upgrade, magnificent twin tower view from hotel room.

we really enjoyed the stay there. we were surprised to be upgraded from superior to crest room for free. the location is very near to pwtc lrt station which is a bonus point for this hotel and we will definitely stay in this hotel when we travel to kl again.

Lovely hotel, not a touristy location though

We were given a free upgrade, always a good start. The room was very nice and spacious, although wifi is not included and it is rather expensive.
The restaurants are also rather expensive and the surrounding area is all expensive hotel restaurants or fast food outlets. It is however very close to the skyrail.
The pool and gym were very nice, although the pool loses sunlight after lunchtime.

stay for 3 nights where room has been upgraded. room is really nice and clean with comfortable beds. we took the interconnecting rooms and few even bigger spaces when door is opened. nice tea pot with good taste of tea provided inside the room. definitely recommend to friends and family and will come back and stay there again.

Nice hotel bad staff at the front desk

We booked a 5 star hotel but after traveling to over 51 counterys and staying in lots of hotels all over the world and the fact that my wife and I own and run sevral hostels with a combined excpiriance of 17 years in the industry. I can truly sa this is not a 5 star hotel the staff was rude og checkin the rooms shower was not working (showerhead broken ) tiles was falling of the walls and the Internet charge was 60 lokal money (the samme price you get Internet 3G free down lode your phone for 1 week ) noel on really thing this place has is it's location and the rooms are nice

we had booked a superior non smoking room but when we got there , there's no more non smoking superior room for us , so the reception upgrade our room to apartment with no charge ! lucky us.. :) , near to lrt station , near to klcc and twin tower.
Travel tip:
if u are willing go to Bukit bintang road , this hotel is a bit far to there.

The room was nice, the staff where helpful, but a little bit noise from the MTR. Very handy to be able to walk to the exhibition show right across the road. Will still choose this hotel when next time travel to KL.

Shopping Tip:
Try visiting central for cheap stuff to purchase. Chocolates are really the best kind!

I enjoyed my stay there alot. peace and quiet.
good service, I was taken by surprise the frontdesk staff upgraded my room to a deluxe room with their compliments.
however did find the wifi fees a lil steep.
Love it!
Travel tip:
Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste.
For those need hair conditioner, do bring, cos the shampoo is not conditional type.
