we had booked a superior non smoking room but when we got there , there's no more non smoking superior room for us , so the reception upgrade our room to apartment with no charge ! lucky us.. :) , near to lrt station , near to klcc and twin tower.
Travel tip:
if u are willing go to Bukit bintang road , this hotel is a bit far to there.

The room was nice, the staff where helpful, but a little bit noise from the MTR. Very handy to be able to walk to the exhibition show right across the road. Will still choose this hotel when next time travel to KL.

I enjoyed my stay there alot. peace and quiet.
good service, I was taken by surprise the frontdesk staff upgraded my room to a deluxe room with their compliments.
however did find the wifi fees a lil steep.
Love it!
Travel tip:
Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste.
For those need hair conditioner, do bring, cos the shampoo is not conditional type.

the hotel is in the same building with the mall (an older shopping center) and pwtc train/ lrt station with easy access, which is the best thing about the hotel.
the hotel lobby itself is in the 9th floor, and you need to use 2 elevators to get to the rooms, not very handy. the hotel lobby interior has dark colours, shiny floors not very fresh of inviting but quite heavy and artificial feeling. we had booked a superior room for 2 but they were not available when we arrived so we were "upgraded" to an apartment of 2 bedrooms. so my comments are not about a superior soom but of an apartment. it really was not "upgrade", though, just the opposite, the apartment was very old, shabby, all the furniture worn out and telly was very old model (20 years old or so) and made a terrible noise so that you could hear the programme really. only the living room area had a window, the bedrooms were small and had no window at all and were very poorly lit (no general lightning at all, just 2 small lamps by the bed). so the overall feeling was unpleasant and depressing. the hotel really is not worth the star rating it has. breakfast was good. pool area is nice and there is a good view to the city and to the twin towers. gym was good, too.
Restaurant Tip:
There is very little restaurant options near he hotel so my tip is to take the train to go somewhere else for dinner. There is a good supermarket in the basement of the mall for self catering. The area is not among the nicest in town in general.

my first time staying at this hotel.
overall, it is a quite a pleasant place to stay. the room size is okay. the buffet breakfast is also not bad. i had a nice dinner at the japenese restaurant there.
my only comment is the hotel is abit remote and way up on the 8th floor. meaning you have to drive all the way up to the 8th floor to get to the lobby and i couldnt help feeling that the place is like it has abandoned.
