Great Location beside The Mall

Many time I have stayed in this hotel. It's always been good, good location (near to The Mall - with supermarket), breakfast & dinner was great. Near to Train station. Value for Money.

Nice hotel, but bad location.
Large rooms, nice kitchen, great bathtub.

When we arrived we received a free upgrade to a deluxe suite. The room was incredible. When we booked our room we were excited about the fact that the hotel is connected to a mall. We were very disappointed when we arrived and went into the mall. The hotel was great, but the mall is nothing to be excited about. One complaint about the room was the small tube TV.

sunway putra hotel formerly known as the legend hotel was always my favourite place to stay with family or on business. the pwtc train station is just about less than 50m from the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
the sunway putra mall (formerly the legend shopping mall) situates next door to the hotel houses parksons departmental store and lots of other useful stores like watsons.

this is a good hotel and high class hotel which is located in the city area of kl. this hotel is suitable for business trip people. i like this hotel because it is convenient if you going to take public transport such as train. the train station is just 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Confusing for first-timer.
Crest room is a big room with dining area and pantry. Plus fruit basket.

the name of hotel is very misleading since sunway pyramid is very popular, thus people like me tend to think
it is one and the same at sunway, petaling jaya. actually, i wanted to book at sunway pyramid hotel or its sister
hotel in the same location but end up in kl.
the hotel at sunway putra not well coordinated. different floor between entrance (drop off point for guest) to lobby, with no bell boy service
at entrance was really inconvenient especially for ladies with large luggage, less information about lobby floor.
luckily, the crest room has complete with facilities such as wifi, refrigerator and microwave
Shopping Tip:
It is a waste of time to go to the shopping mall beside the hotel. It provides very little shopping options. The place looks run-down. Food court is hopeless. Not much variety.
For shopping, just hail a taxi to go to city center downtown for attractive and latest items at modern facilities (Shopping malls).

generally, the crest room or deluxe room is spacious and comfortable to stay but lack amenities i.e toiletry is cheap. the hotel breakfast is lousy and cannot even compare to a 4 star standard. the food quality is of low quality, less choice, staff's is unpleasant and inhospitable. hotel location is quite strategic but with only an aging mall attached. no night life around.

We were given a free upgrade, always a good start. The room was very nice and spacious, although wifi is not included and it is rather expensive. The restaurants are also rather expensive and the surrounding area is all expensive hotel restaurants or fast food outlets. It is however very close to the skyrail. The pool and gym were very nice, although the pool loses sunlight after lunchtime.

Nice hotel with a big room
Love the gym, sauna and swimming pool.

the location is very good. the hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and very near to putra world trade centre also. the staffs are friendly and their service are very good. got plenty of car parks although you have to drive up to level 5 till level 8 using a spiral type driveway which can caused dizzy.
