the hotel is very closed to lrt pwtc. the check-in and check-out process is very convenient. there is the department store called "the mall" near the hotel. the hotel breakfast is good which the variety of food is provided. the hotel staffs are very helpful. the overall is ok except the elevators which guests have to wait for almost 7 minutes due to a lots of guests during check-out time. actually, there are 5 elevators but only 3 are in use.

next to pwtc station, which can brings you to anywhere. room spacious, clean and comfortable. will definitely use this again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a short walk fm the hotel to putra station, which takes you to batu caves.

Price is cheap and near to KL town. The important thing is the privacy you get when you stay at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I reach KL. However they should ensure lift service is fully function so that people no need to wait going to their room.

The hotel's main entrance is a bit under stated for a 5 star rating. However when you arrived at the lobby you are warmly greeted by all the service staff. The location is not at the prime shopping area but a short taxi ride brings you there.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee house restaurant had great service and the buffet was above average. The rooms were big and spacious but a little tired looking. We spent the day at sunway lagoon water theme park where guests of the hotel get a huge discount. Unfortunetely the staff at the hotel who convinced us to go forgot to mention you must pre purchase your water theme park from the hotel prior to going to the park. Hence we were charged full price 230 ringit instead of 140 had we pre bought our tickets. Wifi in the hotel is not the best. We complained of no wifi 3 times during our 2 night stay. The receptionists rang our room twice at 2am and 2:30am to inform us the wifi was now working - waking us all up! Not good when you have small children.
