Another pleasant stay at the Sunway
usually stay in this hotel when in KL, easy access to main roads to go around the capital, also big buffet Breakfast (sometime messy). Nice large room . will off course be back

shortage of housekeeping
We have to wait for them to prepare the room for nearly 3 hours after the check in time. But they did compensate us with complimentary breakfast. The following 4 days there was no consistency on the timing and cleaning service from housekeeping. One day we have extra towels (without us asking) another day got no face towels no bottled drinking water, and there is a lot more. We were concerned earlier that they might charge us for the missing face towel but they say nothing i guess it is a normal procedure for them to remove all facial towel on the final night.
