Good location and big rooms

Room was big and location of the hotel good. Connected to Sunway Pyramid. At peak hours, main road could be jam so be prepared. Staff were polite and greet you if they see you throughout the hotel. Room was comfortable, and has a nice view of Sunway Lagoon. There is another hotel next to this, thus might be a bit confusing.

They were so accommodating.We arrived early but we wanted king sized bed.they gave it to us.we had a great view of Sunway lagoon from our room!I had to print boarding passes for our departure the next day...even if the business center was closed already, the one who helped and assisted me was so patient.big soft bed...big rooms...super yummy chicken satay and very affordable! I am talking here of room service.I don't know about the breakfast served at the hotel.we never availed for that.

We had city tour before we explored Sunway lagoon.we went KL tower, Petronas tower, King's palace, national Monument, chocolate Factory.... Saw Chinatown and mosques and we went to Aquaria KLCC.

Nice hotel with big rooms
Close proximity to the mall and sunway lagoon water theme park

Check in was fast and smooth, hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating to assists us on the shortest distance to go the sunway lagoon water theme park as well as on how to get to the cinemas and other shops since sunway pyramid shopping mall is such a big mall and even has an indoor ice skating rink. They were very prompt when I requested our room to be cleaned up.

our stay in sunway pyramid hotel @ sunway resort was not bad, the hotel room is spacious, toilet is clean, the staff is friendly and polite. we love the fact that we can shop and eat @ sunway pyramid all day long without having to step out of the hotel if we don't feel like doing so, because the shopping centre is connected to the hotel!
the only thing we didn't like was that the sound proofing system is good, because we can clearly hear those people who were staying next to our rooms talking.
other than that, it was a pleasure stay @ the hotel.

We selected the hotel because we wanted to do some shopping in the mall and hang out at the clubs located nearby. The smoking room we requested the first time smelled really bad so we requested to change to a non-smoking room which was fine. There is nothing fancy about the rooms, basic amenities and could use some refurbishment to upgrade its fittings. The check-in at the reception was efficient and friendly. Surprisingly good buffet breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was a bit rude to us. Beds were comfortable but the furniture was dates. No iron in the room. Instead, there were an ironing room! Which was frustrating for us every morning to run there. Breakfast was great with nice variety of dishes. We liked that the hotel was attached to Pyramid shopping mall with an ice rank, cinema, lots of shops and restaurants. You can walk to sunway lagoon through the mall.
Nightlife Tip:
Visit icity. Great night out for the whole family.
