Booked the "Executive Room With View". Was quite disappointed with the size & view of the room - it was smaller than expected. As for the view, it was only 1/2 a view of Sunway lagoon.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping at Sunway Pyramid was great. But if you intend to go to the lagoon - please remember to check the opening hours. We forgot to - didn't realise that a theme park can actually be closed an entire day just for maintenance works.

Good Hotel To Stay In for short break

Me and wife stayed there for a night on a business trip. Reception was friendly and the check-in was hastle free. The rooms were clean and the toilet was adequate. Shoppers will like this hotel since its also located along side the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and there is also an ice scating ring within the complex to those that loves such activities. All in all if you are coming to the Sunway area, this hotel is a good choice to stay. The buffet breakfast was pretty good too.

We arrived at the hotel with a very warm welcome. The disappointment was that they run out of queen/king bed rooms. Eventhough I wrote down queen/king bed request at the time of booking. Other than that, it was a great hotel for this price. You could enter the shopping mall without stepping out of the hotel. It's very convenient location. Bars, night life is just steps away.

I really satisfied with what i paid for. The rooms was clean and tidy which enhance my comfortness level within my staying period. The internet access was great, very fast speed. I really enjoy staying in the room with park view, it so wonderful and happening especially during nightime. Besides, i really appreciate the hotel for giving me free upgrade to executive room park view, because i have booked for only superior no view room. The room is pretty big with luxury interior view. I really love the room's decoration. Another best thing that i found while staying in his hotel was easily access to the shopping mall and shops. I don't have to travel by car to find the food, shopping and eveything. It was really fun staying here. Love it very much. Thank you sunway pyramid hotel for your kind help duing my stay. I will plan to go there again and again...

Its a very good hotel to stay. The staff were very polite and customer friendly. I have a great holiday staying in this hotel. The internet access was very good, room facilities was excellent and very neat and tidy. Executive park view room was awesome!!! Easily access to the shopping mall and many shops and restaurant. Overall, I would say this is such a wonderful hotel for all.

This is really an all in one hotel with a great theme park for staff and family to relax and a connected shopping mall with good restaurants and sufficient car parks. Staff are friendly and quite helpful and the breakfast is great.
Shopping Tip:
Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall is connected to the hotel and has a number of well known retailers and international brands outlets.

Nice Hotel but pool not on site

I was booking this hotel for all the amenities for the sunway park. They show all the same features as the Sunway resort. It is a nice hotel and it is connected to the mall which is very convenient but the walk to the pool requires you to go outside to the other hotel through a corridor and through their lobby. It was a long trek everyday. The pool does close down at 7pm which is quite early. Overall, I would have stayed next door at the resort to avoid the walk but it is a nice hotel. If you are staying for the mall then you are in the right place.
