Nice size room, spacious and clean with balcony. There is small kitchen provided as well with studio room. Did enjoy the stay, only thing is probably located the air con else where and not blowing directly on the bed. TV still using old model, should upgrade lcd tv by now. Going into the room have to go down stair to take the lift, not a great idea at all.

Great experience in a self-contained location
Part of a shopping complex, many restaurants and shops and the theme park if you wish

I stayed there for a business conference. It is some distance 20 mins by cab depending on traffic from the CBD but is a self-contained envorionment with a water theme park, 4 level shopping complex with plenty of restaurants. Good quality, lots to do and the best buffet breakfast I can remember having in Asia with some 50 individual dishes that change each day - phenomenal!

There must be 30 restauarants in the hotel/shopping complex

Enjoyed my stay, for anyone who wants to go Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, you should definitely consider staying here as it is so convenient to get around. Also the shopping mall has everything you need.

basic room. nothing in minbar. no wireless it connection (need to use cable connection) and system was "off and on". limited tv channels and no access to australia network. good service. staff very friendly and conscientious. all pool and gym facilities are at hotel nextdoor.
Shopping Tip:
Direct access to an enormous shopping complex.

Comfortable room near to Sunway Lagoon Resort
Good hotel to stay if you want to station in Sunway Lagoon which is self contained with all the shopping & eateries at door step.

Room is clean and comfortable though look a bit dated. Have a mini fridge, Lan internet, clean towels and a security safe for your use. Good base for family with children to enjoy the Sunway Lagoon facilities. Variety of shops & eateries within the resort with fast food, local & foreign & of course restaurants too. Also quite a no of local food at eating house and restaurant just a few minutes outside the hotel.
